We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team
We are currently undergoing dynamic growth, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team at the corporate headquarters.

The company, founded in 1961, recently transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing employees to become 'owners' and share in the company's future success.

Operating across eleven diverse markets, serving hundreds of customers in multiple countries, the company fosters a collaborative environment.

The Senior Accountant, reporting directly to the Director of Accounting and interacting regularly with the CFO, will collaborate with the global accounting staff.

The role offers a hybrid work mode l, allowing two days of remote work per week. Primary responsibilities include balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Additionally, the role presents opportunities for financial analysis, process improvement, documentation, and participation in cross-functional teams, making it an exciting prospect within the growing organization.

The qualifications for this position include a required bachelor's degree in accounting, a CPA license, and a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience with expertise in reconciliation and month-end close processes.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup, are essential, along with a strong work ethic and cultural fit. Competitive advantages include experience with Oracle and Insight Software (formerly GL Wand).
