    Position Details:

    As the Employee Relations Manager at MedElite, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing positive relationships between the organization and its employees. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing effective employee relations strategies, policies, and programs to promote a healthy and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve workplace issues efficiently.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve employee relations strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Own the creation and updating of employee relations policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
    • Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts and disputes, conducting thorough investigations when necessary, and recommending appropriate actions.
    • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including regular feedback mechanisms and surveys.
    • Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring MedElite's compliance and providing guidance to leadership on potential legal issues.
    • Partner with managers to address performance-related concerns, guiding managers through improvement plans and disciplinary actions when required.
    • Develop and conduct training programs for managers and employees on topics related to employee relations, communication, and conflict resolution.
    • Manage the annual Performance Evaluation process.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement programs and initiatives that support employee well-being, work-life balance, and mental health.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an Employee Relations Manager or a similar HR role in the healthcare industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
    • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
    • Experience working with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is not required, but a plus.

    Salary Range: $70k-$90k per annum
