    Description
    Nonprofit seeks a part-time temporary Grants Administrator for approximately 10-15 hours per week.

    Responsibilities:
    • Help negotiate contract changes and amendments, manage deliverables and timelines, and assist with other grant management issues.
    • Develop proposal budgets and assist with proposal submissions.
    • Review grant agreements to ensure terms and conditions align with organizational policies.
    • Ensure agreement terms are properly executed.
    • Support internal requests for budget reallocations and no-cost extensions.
    • Draft and execute consulting and vendor agreements.
    • Create new project accounts, provide relevant project documents and agreements, and respond to questions about financial report preparation.
    • Process invoices, track payments, monitor financial reports, and handle project budget and spending inquiries.
    Qualifications:
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
    • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
    • Knowledge of grants, including the budget and reporting process.
    Rate: $25-$30 per hour.
