Accounting Manager

Our client is a company in the Green Bay area looking for an

Accounting Manager.

This company is looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting experience, CPA, and strong leadership skills. This position will allow for growth opportunities, a hybrid work environment and a strong team.

The salary range for this position is $100k-120k.

The

Accounting Manager

will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the corporate accounting team, providing guidance.
Accountable for overall performance and task prepared by team.
Month-end work includes preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and completion of other documentation as needed.
Guides accounting team in SAP ERP enhancements and accounting.
Assist and lead reporting changes for acquisitions.
Lead reporting improvements efforts in financial systems as needed.
Perform regular system maintenance and review.
Perform other duties as needed.

The

Accounting Manager


will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
CPA required.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Proven skills in developing people.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
