    Job Description

    Patient Service Representative

    The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting guests to the health center, completing the patient intake process, scheduling patient appointments, and monitoring waiting room activity.

    • Greeting guests and ensuring a positive experience
    • Completing patient intake processes efficiently
    • Scheduling patient appointments with flexibility in mind
    • Monitoring waiting room activity to minimize wait times

    Requirements

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Basic computer skills necessary
    • Flexibility with scheduling for occasional Saturday or weekday evening hours
    • Ability to travel between sites within Manchester
