Title: Software Developer

Location: National Maritime Intelligence Center, 4251 Suitland Road, Washington, DC

Duration: Multi-year contract

Start date: March

Positions: Two

Security Clearance: Active Secret - TS/SCI eligible within 45 days

Hours: Full-Time support (8 hours per business day) Core hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch break)

Software Developer

Job Description: Researches, designs, develops, and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for DoD and IC environments. Develop software applications IAW established functional, operational, and specification requirements. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or years of experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology/systems or equivalent
Have minimum of 5 years of experience developing in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and/or Python.
Experience leading Agile Development Teams
Experience in SDLC processes
Experience in implementing and maintaining DevSecOps, and CI /CD pipelines.
One of the following IAT Level II certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, or SSCP

Desired Qualifications:

years of experience developing in Java, JavaScript and/or Python
