Job summary
Vertiv is seeking a high-performing Manager to drive Lean transformation,governance support,and continuous improvement across the enterprise.This role partners with both enabling functions and business units to embed Lean thinking,
improve process discipline,and strengthen Vertiv's operating system through coaching,facilitation,
and aligned leadership routines.
Responsibilities
- Support the development,deployment,and refinement of VOS governance standards,routines,
and frameworks.
