    As a Strategic Alliance Partner on the Sales team, you will make a positive impact by:

    • Identify potential strategic partners that align with our company's goals and objectives. Evaluate potential partners based on criteria such as market fit, capabilities, and strategic alignment. Create strategies to leverage these alliances for business-driven growth objectives.
    • Developing and implementing strategic alliance plans that outline goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership. Lead generation & deal acceleration.
    • Cultivating strong and productive relationships with existing, potential partners and internal collaborators. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
    • Leading negotiation efforts to establish partnership agreements, outlining terms, responsibilities, and benefits for each party involved. Ensure that agreements are legally sound and in the best interest of the company.
    • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with strategic partnerships. Develop contingency plans to address any unforeseen challenges.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all partnership agreements, communications, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for company leadership on the status and impact of strategic alliances.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential alliance prospects.

    Qualifications we're looking for.

    • Experience:
      • 8+ years of proven experience in strategic alliance management, business development, or a related role –Strong sense of Business Development.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SFDC CRM software.
      • Knowledge of retail-tech or grocery industry is a plus.
      • Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of partnerships.
    • Skills:
      • Strong networking, account mapping, communication, and relationship-building skills.
      • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Abilities:
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and finding the right level of involvement from various internal and external teams to drive business acceleration.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
