    Seeking a skilled registered nurse to join our dynamic float pool team. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple hospitals across the region, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality patient care.


    You will be responsible for assessing and implementing individualized nursing care plans in accordance with established standards of practice. Your ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with diverse care teams is essential for success in this role.


    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • A graduate degree from an accredited registered professional nursing program.


    • An active RN license within the hiring state or compact licensure where duties are performed and must meet all state board requirements. 
      •  
    • At least one year of recent bedside experience working med surg as minimum requirement
      candidates can apply for other unit needs that prefer minium two years bed side exprence ,the same qualifications required remains applied on their field-of-practice (iccu etc.) 
      •
