Must have these Skills:
1 Start-up of KAWASAKI Robots according to Rivian Standard configuration.

• Assistance for Tool Assembly of all Robots.
• Configuration, Calibration and Test of Tools in all Robots.
• Calculation of TCP and Robot Referencing using FARO Arm / Laser Tracker.
• Verification of Interferences between Robots (Interlocks) and Equipment.
• Safety (Cubic-S) programming check and adjustment.
• Verification of service programs.
• Verification of communication and Sequence with PLC in all cases.
• Verification of cycle times.
• Accompaniment in Search of Welding Quality
• Buyoff Document and standard Checklist required.
• Perform back-ups before and after each intervention.
• Carry out movement all of the robots.
• Touch-up (robot passage with part)
• Report at the end of each activity carried out.
• Monitoring of the startup of the line and production until the technique is accepted.
• Carry out that related to all of the Robot devices.

ex) RTU, Gun, Material Hand, Sealer, Vision, etc...

• During the operation and commissioning, losses or lost are reimbursed by the Contractor.
• When making the necessary changes to the Robots program, the programs must be in accordance

with the Rivian standard. But the programs cannot be modified without the approval of Wooshin Systems.

• The basic working hours are 08:00 ~ 20:00(Day shift) / 20:00 ~ 08:00(Night shift)

Working start and end times will be decided depending on line condition.
When Worker start and end to work every days, must get confirmation from the Wooshin manager

• PLC Programming experience is helpful but not required
