- Collaborate with Accounting to create and maintain analytics for aging receivables, payables, cash analysis, and forecasting
- Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements to streamline cash management and receivables/payables processes, increase efficiencies, and accuracy, and better leverage currently available banking services
- Lead finance teams in creating cash forecasting models to support global liquidity planning
- Analyze and execute risk management, hedge effectiveness, and FX trading
- Craft strategic financial presentations for Quarterly Board meetings and Annual Rating Agency presentations Generate analysis and recommendations for capital allocation strategy (dividends, share repurchase, subsidiary capital contributions, and inter-company borrowing)
- Build and develop strategic partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g., finance partners, leadership, banks, and technology vendors)
- Stay abreast of changes in the Treasury landscape and implement new processes and technologies where appropriate
- Provide work direction to junior-level employees on projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role requiring conceptual thinking, data analysis, financial modeling, fact-based conclusions, and recommendations for complex business cases
- Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically and internationally)
- Experience with treasury or financial systems integration
- Experience with capital markets analysis activities and cash flow forecasting in an internationally diverse finance environment
- Project management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and data analytics from ERP systems using Excel add-ins such as Hyperion Smart View
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- CTP (Certified Financial Professional)
