Job summary
We are seeking a Payroll Auditor to join our team! As a Payroll Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing employer contributions made to trust funds (employee benefit plans) to verify employer compliance with contract requirements. You will communicate directly with employers to confirm scheduled appointments, coordinate requests for records, and discuss findings.You will travel to employer locations to conduct audits on site or remotely depending on client needs and travel constraints. As you progress in this position, you will begin to provide training coaching and guidance to new auditors and learn valuable leadership skills.
We offer an extensive orientation program and training for all new employees so that they have long term success professional development career growth The training program is several weeks conducted in person when possible delivered remotely as needed Our technology driven approach allows this hands-on collaborative experience
