    Position Summary:

    White Bird Clinic is seeking a motivated, skilled individual to lead multiple peer support specialists and Traditional Health Workers at our Harm Reduction Treatment Center. As the HRTC Site Lead, you'll be on the ground floor of an innovative and critically needed initiative.

    Position Responsibilities

    Oversees staffing schedule, in conjunction with the Site Manager at the HRTC, understands the services offered and supports new staff in learning those services and how they relate to their roles

    Provides staff with a daily plan of action for the day with the staff on schedule with clear communication

    Assists in coordinating services with other agencies that we partner with in conjunction with the Site Manager

    Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in non-profit administration, human services, or related field; or minimum of 4 years of experience in the human services field in lieu of degree
    • Ability to work equally successfully as an individual and as part of a team
    • Ability to work with a diverse population and in a broad range of situations while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude
    • Excellent team leadership skills such as creativity, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
    • High level of emotional intelligence
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to collaboration and problem-solving
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
    • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
    • Service orientation and commitment to establishing and maintaining positive and healthy working relationships between staff and staff and clients
    • 2 years or more of sobriety if identifying as a person with a substance use history

    Preferred Qualifications

    Has certification as a Traditional Health worker, QMHA, QMHP or other closely aligned credentials

    Certification in Basic Life Support and Narcan, or can obtain within 3 months

    Crisis Intervention Training

    De-escalation Training

    Experience working with clients who are homeless, have substance use disorders and/or mental health concerns

    Experience serving LGBTQIA+ populations

    A passion for social justice and diversity

    Demonstrated commitment to promoting inclusivity and safety among people on the margins of society

    Experience in reporting and maintaining compliance of healthcare programs

    Compensation Details:

    This is an non-exempt position with target starting base compensation ranging between $22-$23 per hour paid on a bi-weekly basis.

    In addition, this position qualifies for a competitive health and welfare package and generous paid time off opportunities.
