What You'll Do:
As an Operations Manager, you'll play a meaningful role in the day-to-day operations of custodial and building maintenance activities. This position participates in the development, recommendation, and administration of policies, procedures and processes in support of departmental operations. The Facilities Operations Manager also schedules, assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of assigned departmental employees, representing a variety of work skills necessary for the maintenance and repair of the Boundless facilities, buildings, custodial and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of maintaining data and components for facilities, such as: 6 Year Scheduled Maintenance, 6 Year
- Facilities Condition Assessment.
- Experience supervising staff
- Must be able to reading and interpret construction plans, specifications, drawings, maps, and/or other related technical documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-discipline projects involving multiple locations.
- Can interpret and apply applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Experience and knowledge with OSHA Safety laws.
- Ability to work with cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community and staff, demonstrating a high level of intercultural competence, an understanding of the diverse identities and cultures.
- Able to prepare a variety of reports related to operational activities, including statistical analysis.
- Experience developing, recommending, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, and workflow.
- Proficient utilizing computer technology used for communication, data gathering and reporting.
- Experience analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions, and making recommendations in support of goals.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, if applicable
