    Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated college graduate with some Escrow & Title Experience to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator will assist the Compliance Managers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and processes related to escrow and title operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a college graduate with a few years of experience looking to further their career in compliance in the escrow and title industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist the Compliance Managers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

    Maintain documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and reviews.

    Manage a regulatory calendar to track important dates, deadlines, and tasks related to regulatory compliance.

    Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.

    Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related field, preferably in the escrow and title industry.

    Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Relevant licensing or certification in compliance, risk management, or related field preferred.

    Salary Range:

    $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with education & experience.
