Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide fair estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Establish and meet departmental goals and objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations.
• Direct and schedule department employees.

• Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of automotive service experience.
• 1-3 years of dealership leadership experience.
