Job Summary
The product manager will lead the management of an existing B2B product portfolio and the development of new products and services.
The candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.
Candidate ProfileEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a software or technology company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification
Experience with HR technologies or other B2B services
Product Management experience in the Private Equity sector
Core Work Activities
Formalize and manage all product roadmaps
Communicate the product value proposition and progress to stakeholders – especially Marketing & Sales
Translate customer feedback and business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
Prioritize and manage the product backlog and communicate the rationale behind the decisions
Work closely with the IT team to ensure timely and efficient development of the products
Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for the products
Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify and validate product opportunities
Additional Responsibilities, Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
