Precise Systems is looking for a Program/Project Manager possessing the skills, knowledge, clearances, and training capable of satisfactorily performing EDA, OFI&E, and CST&E efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities to leverage DI2 S&T efforts to explore potential solution sets for existing and future warfighting capability gaps
This position is contingent upon contract award
Required Education & Experience:
Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's (B.S or B.A.) degree and no less than ten (10) years of recent and demonstrated experience, which must include four (4) years' experience in management and supervision directly related to Event Planning Support Services, Event Execution Support Services, Event Analysis and Reporting, Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization, Network Engineering Support and Test, Cyber Security Operational Deficiency Assessments, and Cyber Security Test and Evaluation
An additional four (4) years' experience may be substituted for a degree
Experience in management and supervision, as well as direct support as stated above, are included in the total six (6) years of experience
Candidates with excellent verbal and written skills, ability to lead and manage all aspects of project performance, and the ability to provide overall direction to all project activities and personnel are preferred
Candidates must be able to formulate and enforce work standards, assign project schedules, review work, and communicate policies and organizational goals and objectives to all project personnel
