    We are a privately and veteran owned business.

    Pennsylvania Steel has been in business since 1972 and has expanded to 11 locations in 2017, becoming one of the largest Steel Service Centers in the eastern United States.

    The York, PA branch is looking for a 2nd & 3rd shift Saw Operator.

    Operating automatic cold saw and band sawRead job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
    Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.

    Monitor machine operation for continued accuracy throughout cutting processesPrioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goalsThis is a Full Time / Permanent Opportunity.


    Salary is:
    $21.00/hr., plus benefits to startExperience and SkillsQualificationsExcellent attendance and safety record required.
    Has ability to work on their own.
    Must be a team player.
