- Architect, design, install, integrate, configure, and deploy ICAM solution capabilities using SailPoint solutions.
- Support program goals and objectives leveraging expert SailPoint experience and skills.
- Integrate SailPoint with other third-party software, such as Okta, Radiant Logic and other government systems relying on data from the system.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality and consistent systems and environments for development teams.
- Performs highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.
- 10+ years in technology roles with a focus on ICAM, agile software development, or digital transformation projects. Prior leadership experience in a similar capacity is essential.
- Must hold current certifications including in either SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect.
- Experience integrating SailPoint into hybrid government cloud environments.
- Experience with integrating SailPoint with other third-party software, such as Radiant Logic, Okta and other government systems relying on data from the system.
- Experience with Identity and Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification.
- Experience with providing appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality and consistent systems and environments for development teams.
- Performs highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.
- Coordinates with program management and customer to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.
- Communicates with customers and teammates clearly and concisely.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned and may have supervisory responsibilities.
- Developing documentation on new or existing systems.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to launch.
- A track record of taking initiative and being resourceful to accomplish ambitious goals.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to juggle many competing priorities.
