    We are looking for an Account Manager who will play a crucial role in fostering strong customer relationships and driving business growth in Denver/Longmont, Colorado. Collaborating with Specialists, supplier representatives, and customer experience teams, Account Managers present a diverse array of solutions to enhance our customers' profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-oriented professional interested in the industrial tools sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Account Manager's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Achieving annual sales targets with current and prospective clients
    • Introducing and promoting concepts to existing and potential accounts
    • Leveraging manufacturer sales reps to expand account base
    • Ensuring regular and strategic sales calls, documented in CRM systems
    • Identifying opportunities for new product offerings and upselling existing clients
    • Delivering cost-saving solutions and reporting back to customers
    • Maintaining transparent communication with the Sales Manager and Branch Manager

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Proactive team player with strong customer service orientation
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience with MRO supplies in manufacturing facilities is advantageous
    • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills

    Education:

    • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of outside sales experience
    • Industry experience, particularly in cutting tools or metalworking, is preferred
