    Roots Medical in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are a patient-centered medical practice committed to providing high-quality care in a compassionate environment. As a Nurse Practitioner at Roots Medical, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with our medical team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Salary ranges from $85 to $150 per hour based on experience.

    Compensation:

    $85 - $150 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies.
    • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient encounter.
    Qualifications:
    • Valid US Work Authorization.
    • Medical License (FNP, PA, MD).
    • Proficiency in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
    • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management.
    • Desire to learn and grow in a health freedom environment.
