- Create a productive learning environment across multiple grade levels.
- Oversight of the day-to-day operations including attendance, supply needs, and staff management.
- Maintain relationships with parents, vendors, and any support staff.
- Collect and record various kinds of records including, but not limited to: attendance, snacks, supply and material requests, and paper & electronic registrations.
- Confidence in creating and implementing lesson plans and program activities.
- Engage with parents to provide student progress reports.
- Foster positive relationships with students while maintaining the ability to respond to disruptions.
- Consistent communication with the Resident Services Manager or Resident Services Director.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often loud environment.
- Strong leadership skills and comfort in responding calmly and appropriately to unexpected situations.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal staff and external partners.
- Prior experience working with youth ages 5-18.
- Background in education, out-of-school-time learning, or youth development.
- Competency with software to track attendance, registration, and interaction notes when appropriate.
- Efficiency in time management with definitive organizational skills.
- Confidence in working with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable delegating tasks and directing support staff.
- Summer program running Monday through Thursday, 9am - 4pm

POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Learning Hub Site Director is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with youth. While the Site Director is not required to have a teaching degree or licensure, they should have comfort implementing structured activities and overseeing student/staff interactions. This position requires strong administrative skillsets including student registration, daily attendance, and involvement with exterior partners, and parents. The Site Director needs to be a model for upstanding behavior and capable of treating students with respect and fairness.
