Job summary
The inside sales associate sells and services new and existing accounts. The position is also responsible for providing product information, technical support, resolving issues and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner while projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.Responsibilities

- Utilizes sales techniques to up-sell by informing customers of promotions, specials, new products, and programs;
