- Assists IT Systems Administrator / Engineer in maintaining all network operations.
- Documents systems and configuration changes for all access and communications systems.
- Assists System Admins / Engineers with maintaining all equipment and systems dealing with access and communications. This includes but is not limited to:
- Digital Signage (Vivi)
- eSports
- Google Admin: Inventory Movement, Bookmarks, etc.
- Infrastructure Wiring
- Mobile Device Management (FileWave)
- Network Copiers, Printers, and Faxing
- Phones
- Switches
- System Updates
- User Account Creation, Activation and Deactivation
- Video Conferencing
- Wireless Access
- Serves as an adviser for IT Technicians.
- Maintains physical equipment and the environment in all server rooms, MDFs and IDFs.
- Able to use team organization systems, multi-task without losing attention to detail or product quality, focus on deploying quality products, provide excellent customer service, and schedule/project plan.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the field of networking and technology by participating in training and workshops.
- Effectively communicates technical information to staff in a positive manner.
- Performs such other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor.
