    Position Title: Software Development Project Manager

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development combined with exceptional project management skills. The Software Development Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing software projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    1. Lead and manage software development projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    3. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to effectively manage project timelines and budgets.
    4. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
    5. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
    6. Track and report project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
    7. Ensure adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and project management methodologies.
    8. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and learning.
    9. Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and clients as required.
    10. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and project management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 5-10 years experience managing software development projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid technical background with proficiency in software development technologies and tools.
    • Should be bi-lingual: Spanish & English
