- Bumper to bumper repairs and Maintenance on Trucks and Trailers
- Perform Annual Vehicle Inspections in compliance with D.O.T regulations
- Low Voltage Electrical systems
- Steering Systems
- Pneumatic-air brake systems
- Hydraulics- cylinders, pto`s , valves, pumps, Engines-basic troubleshooting
- Transmissions-basic troubleshooting, clutches
- Drivetrain Components-Brakes, differentials, drivelines, wheel ends
- Keep accurate written/computer generated work orders.
- Perform some building and yard maintenance when needed
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Some welding and fabrication
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience
- Vocational Training and or Technical Certificate would be a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Team player, ability to get along with others
- Knowledge and skills to maintain all company vehicles in compliance with state and federal D.O.T regulations
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to operate vehicles up to and including class 8 trucks
- Ability to operate small forklifts after the proper training
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Adequately stocked tool box.

Overview – The person in this position is responsible for maintaining and repairing, with privately owned hand tools, any and all the company's equipment and assets.
Performs major engine overhauls using precision tools to completely rebuild gasoline and diesel engines when needed.Job Duties:

Knowledge of Cummins in-site, Detroit D-deck, and Cat E.T
Class A, B, or C CDL
