    IRT Home Care, a division of the IRT Group is continuing to expand, providing a range of services to people living in their own homes across NSW, QLD and ACT.

    A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Program Coordinator to join the dynamic team at IRT Market Street.

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will assist in ensuring our Veterans Home Care customers continue to live a great life in their home with their individual goals supported by exceptional services.

    **Your responsibilities will include:**

    Manage various portals for IRT Home Care for a range of services including domestic assistance, social support, personal care, home & garden maintenance and more

    Downloading Service Plans from the portal to monitor the expiry dates of services and to ensure accuracy of details to assist the program management

    Ensure the correct set-up and establishment of customers in Procura

    Liaise with the Service Coordination team on all new customers and ensure correct processes and procedures are followed

    Contacting customers as required regarding coordination of services relating to public holidays and cancelled visits.

    Liaison with the DVA Assessment Agency as required

    **To be successful you will have:**

    Previous experience in a similar administration role

    Demonstrated xperience using Procura or a similar ERP system

    Previous experience in managing an online portal

    The Ability to liaise with various level of Management and Carers

    Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
