    REGISTERED NURSE

    Join our team as a Registered Nurse at LUKE

    SITE OF SERVICE:

    • Provide Registered Nurse services at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL to enhance patient care, wellness, and disease management.
    • Assigned location within a fifty-mile commuting radius, with advance notice of reassignments.

    POSITION QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree: Associates Degree of Nursing
    • Education: Graduate from an accredited college or university.
    • Experience: Minimum one year post-graduation nursing experience.
    • Certifications:
      • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications.
    • Licensure: Unrestricted RN license within U.S. states/territories.
    • CME Requirement: Completion of 12 hours of continuing education within 24 months.
    • U.S. Citizenship: Required.
    • Proficient in English, physically capable, and effective communicator.

    REFERENCES:

    • Provide three recent letters of recommendation.
    • Include name, title, and contact information.
    • Letters must be within the last two years.

    CORE DUTIES:

    • Coordinate patient care with healthcare professionals.
    • Ensure optimal clinical care outcomes and compliance.
    • Perform exams, provide interventions, and supervise care.
    • Recognize and respond to emergency situations.
    • Conduct research for practice and patient outcomes.

    HOURS:

    • Clinics open Monday to Friday, with variable shifts.
    • No more than 80 hours per two-week period.

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

    Must thrive in dynamic environments, adapt well to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with excellent time management skills.
