- Full-time position with a complete benefit package, including insurance options, flexible spending accounts, 401K, paid holidays, etc.
- Medical Benefits start 1st of month following 30 days
- Maintain minimum building occupancy level of 95% through innovative marketing goals and strategies
- Conduct tours of the facility for all potential new residents and their families
- Develop and implement a monthly marketing plan
- Carry out market research, competitor, and resident surveys
- Manage a computerized prospect database
- Develop, plan, and implement special marketing functions
- Perform outreach with the local community
- Conduct interviews of potential residents and their families
- College degree in Marketing or a related field required
- Three years of progressive and relevant experience, experience in assisted living strongly preferred
- Must possess knowledge of Assisted II regulations and licensure requirements
- Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and evaluating successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills
- Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills
- Must enjoy working with seniors
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
