- Receive job order direction from supervisor.
- Read and interpret the blueprint.
- Create setup (whether it is a setup box or a simple setup).
- Perform repair work (under FAA guidelines) as required.
- Assemble the parts using the setup and to blueprint specifications.
- Read and interpret ATP and its procedures to test the parts (if ATP is required for the part).
- Fill out test data to record results of the ATP, if applicable.
- Test parts from other outside sources and answer any questions, if necessary.
- Help out in other production areas where needed, to complete the job orders to schedule.
- Comply with Essex company policies and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs

Requirements:Required to have 3 months to 1 year experience in assembly work; high school level education preferred, or equivalent.
Work Schedule: Essex Industries will be moving to a pilot summer work schedule effective, June 3, 2024- August 30, 2024. Work hours will be Monday- Thursday, 10 hours per day with Friday off or reserved for any overtime if required. Example hours will be 6AM-4:30PM CST - Monday to Thursday, Friday- Off.
