    • Weekend call and weekday coverage
    • 11-13 patients per clinic day, 14 procedures per surgery day
    • Hospital-based practice
    • ERCP required
    • 20-minute call response time required
    • 60-minute consults and 30-minute follow-ups
    • 1:7 weekend call schedule
    • Advanced and general GI cases
    • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
    • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
