- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are executed accurately, consistently, and with attention to presentation.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
- Set up and organize the station prior to service, including gathering ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing ingredients to maintain freshness and quality standards.
- Monitor food levels and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of menu items.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of orders during busy service times.
- Manage cooking times and temperatures to ensure that dishes are cooked to perfection.
- Plate and garnish dishes according to established presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Assist in food inventory management and communicate ingredient needs to the kitchen supervisor or Head Chef.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for menu improvement and innovation.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries in the kitchen.
- Assist in special events, catering, and promotions as required.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred.
- Culinary degree or relevant culinary training is a plus.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of recipes and plating.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

The position requires excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, along with the ability to support the F&B experience at PSSC. This is a full-time position required to work at the property. This position requires non-traditional working hours which includes working nights and weekends and holidays.
