    -usJOB SUMMARYIn this role, reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling the company's BUMOTEC product line to the (Medical Industry. You will be responsible to identify, develop, and maintain existing business relationships within your region and conduct regular product reviews with channel partners and key account customers. You must have the ambition and drive to continuously deliver results and meet/exceed expectations to assist the company in gaining U.S. market share in the Medical sector in the region.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSell BUMOTEC machines to Medical OEMs, Tier 1 and Sub Tier accounts in your region.

    Regularly travel to see customers (on average 3 days a week or 60-70%)Develop and understand sales plans and objectives and proactively develop plans to achieve sales goals.

    Understand and address both business and manufacturing needs of customers by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine customer needs.
    Determine the best channel of distribution to meet customer needs.
    Design and follow up on special quotations.
    Monitor competitor's pricing, promotion strategy and report back to the manager and Product Development Department.
    Prepare quarterly PowerPoint presentation for internal sales meetings.
    Prepare PowerPoint presentations for regional meetings as needed.
    Work harmoniously with ISR network to achieve sales goals.
    Work with Starrag US Applications team for feasibility studies and test customer requests.
    Ensure total customer satisfaction until successful run off, as a minimum.
    Participate in product training when needed, national and international.
    Utilize CRM (SAP based) sales tools to manage the sales process.

    Remote positionCANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience in CNC machining tools/equipment for the medical sector with demonstrated sales results, covering a large region/territory.

    Passion for and good understanding of manufacturing technologies.
    Extensive experience in working with/through Sales Channels.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
    Ability to communicate the technical value proposition of the company's products.
    Self-driven, go-getter, sales hunter, thrives by working independently.
    Proactive behavior, taking initiative, and seeking continuous improvement.
    Experience working with overseas colleagues in an international working environment preferred.
    Proficient computer skills (MS Office suite)Experience working with CRM tools, SAP preferred.
    Occasional international travel for training purposes or visit Starrag's production plans with customers.
