The Switchboard serves as the communications hub for many of the organization's incoming phone calls, vendors and hospital visitors, and the Switchboard operator ensures timely and accurate handling of questions and transferring of calls, supporting the efforts of Winona Health's Emergency Department.
The Switchboard staff also operates paging, security and alarms systems. Processes incoming phone calls for Winona Health in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Pages doctors and staff according to policy guidelines.Essential Skills and Experience:
