    Description

    Beyer Subaru is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Sales Manager to lead our sales team and prepare for a future General Sales Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a vision to cultivate a premier customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1) Sales Leadership:

    Direct and Oversee all activities of the sales department, ensuring all sales goals are met or exceeded.

    Continuously monitor sales progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

    2) Team Development:

    Hire, Train, and mentor sales staff, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.

    Evaluate performance of sales team and provide feedback and coaching.

    3) Customer Service:

    Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a premium buying experience.

    Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.

    4) Inventory Management:

    Purchase Used cars via online auto auctions, Subarusold, and various wholesale providers.

    Ensure that the presentation of the showroom and vehicles is of the highest standard.

    5) Financial Management

    Works alongside the finance department to optimize sales deals and offer attractive financing options to customers.

    Assist in setting and managing the sales departments budget

    6) Training for Internal Development

    Actively engage in the company's leadership and management training programs.

    Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and other senior leaders to gain understanding in areas beyond sales, including finance, HR, and operations.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial role

    Strong Understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.

    Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a successful sales team.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Willingness and motivation to advance into a General Sales Manager and General Manager position.
