    • Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
    • Status: Full Time, Hourly

    What You'll Do:

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, within the Mobile Crisis team, participate as a member of the service delivery team to provide risk assessments, crisis interventions, safety planning, coordination of care including discharge planning, brief interventions, group work and potential placement for clients. These services are provided to individuals who are in behavioral health crisis or in need of longer-term respite care and whose needs cannot be accommodated safely in the community or in a less restrictive environment. This position will cross train to cover multiple sites including covering shifts at Garcia House, Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Mobile Response Services, and our Crisis Stabilization Unit.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician with Mobile Crisis, you will provide on-going crisis assessments, crisis intervention techniques, conduct de-escalation, safety planning, and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental health and/or substance use disorders. Duties include coordinating with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to our clients and collaborate with peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment. All clinical staff at SummitStone Health work within a highly collaborative team environment. Our team-based model of care provides a safe, inclusive, and healing environment that builds on the capacity for resiliency and recovery in the children, adults, and families we serve. The mobile crisis team is a 24/7 operation, and applicants should expect to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays. Summitstone offers shift differentials to compensate for the non-traditional schedule.

We believe that people can and do recover, but we also know that they can't always do it on their own. That's where you come in. If you have any or all of these qualities, we want you to consider us for your next career move:

    • You believe in being a voice for behavioral health in Northern Colorado
    • You embrace equity for your clients, teammates, and partners.
