Job summary
The DCA Cabin Dispatcher is responsible for creating work orders for customers who require assistance and assigning Team Leads to aircraft 10-20 minutes prior to flight arrival times. They must follow up with Team Leads to ensure requests are accepted and scanned in a timely manner and inform on-duty supervisors of any issues.
