IMMEDIATE OPENING Aikium Inc. ) is looking to add a deep learning scientist with experience in applying computational methods for reasoning about proteins.

You will play a defining role in enhancing our AI roadmap, as we develop our category-defining protein biologics — the SeqRs.

Recently featured in the STIFEL report as "one of the hottest startups in the AI / biopharma space", we are solving a previously intractable problem using a stack that spans bioinformatics, LLMs, generative protein design, genetic algorithms and NGS pipelines.

This is backed by multiple ultra-high throughput experimental platforms that generate massive amounts of labeled data at scale.

Requirements
Ph.
D. in the computational sciences
Expertise in structure-based or sequence-based methods applied to proteins
Familiarity with computational tools and databases related to proteins and other biomolecules

Compensation :
