    Job Title: Marketing Manager

    The Marketing Manager will develop strategies, engage content, and create effective sales support materials for multi-channel marketing campaigns. This person will conduct audience and market research to identify target audiences and messaging.

    1. Create and implement innovative integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and programs, including new product launches; digital marketing campaigns; prospect and client retention communications.
    2. Develop and implement content and collateral that builds brand awareness and optimizes growth strategies.
    3. Conduct audience and market research to identify target audiences and messaging.
    4. Partner with analytics team to develop test and learn campaigns for high opportunity segments.
    5. Conduct ongoing measurement of campaign performance with actionable recommendations for optimizing future projects.
    6. Develop deep understanding of company brand voice and tone.
    7. Manage campaign calendar to ensure synchronicity across all channels.
    8. Support brand initiatives that solidify Amalgamated as a leader in the impact banking space.
    9. Work with internal and external creative teams to develop innovative creative.
    10. Work with vendors to manage campaign requirements, including creative briefs, project plans and budget.
    11. Provide general marketing support and assist with other marketing functions and day-to-day requests as needed.
    12. Perform other duties as directed.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    2. 5-7 years of related experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, brand marketing or related field
    3. Creative thinker with proven experience of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns across channels
    4. Ability to utilize multi-channel marketing to meet marketing and company-wide objectives
    5. Proficiency in using analytics tools to manage and track campaign KPIs and SEO
    6. Experience with CRM/email platforms; Salesforce MarketingCloud preferred
    7. In-depth understanding of marketing trends and digital platforms
    8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously and with flexibility
    9. Vendor management experience
    10. Excellent writer with strong verbal and presentation skills
    11. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team to drive projects and deliverables
    12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs a plus (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
