    Job Description: Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals across various age groups. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to clients in diverse settings such as schools, hospitals, or private practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving communication abilities and quality of life for clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
    • Experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and families.
    • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.


    Requirements:

    • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Completion of required clinical practicum hours and supervised experience.
    • Compliance with ASHA's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
    • Adherence to state and federal regulations governing the practice of speech-language pathology.
    • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
    • Flexibility to work in various settings and with diverse populations.
