- Provide high-volume administrative support, and coordinate departmental workflows, including: handling phones, scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Partner with Accounting team to execute department billing
- Coordinate with executives and assistants throughout the company to schedule routine meetings, calls, and appointments
- Prepare expense reports and keep accurate expense account records
- Execute travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and manage updates to plans as needed
- Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Organize intradepartmental meetings and events
- Collaborate and spearhead special projects, as needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with legal and billing database tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Consummate team player and collaborator
- Excellent oral and written communication, time management, multi-tasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to draft and review various documents, and maintain report statuses
