    We seek a Flexible Rent Cycle Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The right candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented, proficient team player who can support our Flexible Rent product.

    This role oversees the execution of our end-to-end rent cycle from enrollment to payments and will serve as the central point of contact for all departments involved.

    This is a time-sensitive business process and requires an extreme sense of urgency.


    NOTE:

    Due to the cyclical nature of rent cycles and associated business processes, this role consists of non-traditional business hours, including some evenings and weekends.

    What You'll Be DoingFacilitate, own, and improve the rent cycle runbook and ensure successful execution of the rent cycle Schedule all required sessions and be on point for all logistics Monitor, assign, and track completion of all tasks Capture and log all issues for resolution Remove impediments for the production support & engineering teamsEnsure product stakeholders are appropriately engaged and informed about the overall status, issues, and risksCreate, manage, and maintain process documentation relative to the rent cycleWork with product and engineering leadership to understand resource needs and opportunitiesLead continuous process improvement with the broader enterprise on automation and integration, including adding to product backlogsFacilitate code deployments, ensuring appropriate change control policies are enforcedEnsure work intake in JIRA is in good order, meets the exit policies / definition of done, and is signed off prior to work beginning.

    This will include ticket creationComfortable interacting and engaging with colleagues from all levels of management across all business units and third-party development firmsHigh self-efficacy, highly motivated, well organized, capable of developing and executing a sprint plan, and able to communicate status effectivelyProject management duties, including requirements gathering sessions and cross-pod coordinationCreating and enhancing leading practice documentation related to tooling, execution, and overall delivery processReporting including, but not limited to, release notes and team velocityQualifications:3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead in software developmentIn-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principlesExperience using Atlassian toolset (Confluence, JIRA, etc) is a plus.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project resource plan that ensures that the right people are in the right place doing the right things at the right timeAbility to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations, and policies of a new business areaTakes initiative and is self-directed while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork for maximal efficiency and effectiveness$80,000 - $120,000 a yearIn addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
