    SummaryCRRC is looking for HR Generalist I or/and HR Generalist II who will be responsible for supporting the HR department and carrying out various responsibilities including but not limited to the following functional areas: recruiting, training, benefits, payroll, reports/documents drafting.

    Coordinate talent acquisition processes with hiring managers and assist with recruitment tasks as neededComplete on-boarding process of new employees from the application and related paperwork/tasks to new hire orientationManage recruiting workflow in Applicant Tracking System including online assessments, employment offers, pre-employment tests, I-9 compliance and all correspondence with candidatesMaintain HCM system records and department tracking files ensuring timely and accurate recordsAdminister payroll and benefits for hourly, semi-monthly and/or monthly pay employeesProcess employee leave time and absence reportsImplement, develop and oversee the companys internship programConduct exit interviews, investigate personnel issues and help resolve personnel matters, as appropriate or assignedAssist in drafting and updating the companys policies, procedures and standards under a supervisors oversightEnsure compliance with, counsel departments regarding, and create and submit reports on all USEP(s)Assist in structuring and organizing training plans and programs for all departmentsAssist in immigration and VISA administrationOther duties as assignedRequired Education, Experience, and CriteriaFour-year bachelor's degreeGood verbal and written communication skillsHas general concept and/or knowledge of HR function and HR-related work processProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe editorStrong self-motivation, a team player and a quick learnerMust be detail-oriented and able to take multitasksAble to adapt to a fast-paced working environmentStrong critical thinking and analytical abilitiesPreferred1+ industrial experience in the manufacturing work environmentFour-year bachelor's degree major in (Industrial-Organizational) Psychology, Human Resources, and Political Science/legal studies.

    Experience processing union payroll and benefitsExcellent writing skill and interpersonal communication skillsExperience administrating various benefit programExperience creating and implementing the training programExperience managing visa applications and casesHas clear concept and/or knowledge of overall HR function and HR-related work process*Level I or II based upon the candidate's experience level and qualification.
