We're looking for a full-time Executive & Personal Assistant to work closely with a founder of a Los Angeles–based media company. This role is best suited for someone who prefers being a steady, trusted presence behind the scenes - keeping the CEO's schedule and priorities organized and on track.Responsibilities
- Managing a dynamic calendar across business and personal commitments ,
- Coordinating travel, meetings, logistics, vendors, and scheduling ,
- Acting as a trusted point of contact and liaison ,
- Maintaining simple, functional systems (Google Workspace, shared trackers, CRM) ,
