- Perform Accounts Payable functions including processing, recording, and payment of all vendor invoices.
- Management of company credit card charges and payments
- Capture and invoice maintenance work order time and materials
- Accumulate and evaluate chargeability of time and material cost on remodel and construction jobs
- Invoice chargeable costs of remodel and construction jobs on a timely basis
- Apply and deposit customer payments.
- Review and reconcile all payroll detailed reports prior to submissions to outside payroll firm to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of bi-weekly payroll.
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in performing Accounts Payable/ Receivable duties
- Prior experience in the reconciliation of credit cards
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and vendors regarding Accounts Payable/ Receivable matters.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
- Detail and deadline-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
