- Lead the asset management team and make a real impact on the investment strategy of a fast growing firm.
- Oversee 25+ assets and a portfolio of over $500M of AuM across the U.S and Canada.

- Execute and modify the strategic business plan for the investment thesis of each asset in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track and monitor debt covenants and perform loan closings.
- Work directly with the President of the Property Management Group and assist in oversight of property management initiatives of developed properties.
- Oversee investor distributions, cash management, asset reporting, and entity manager meetings.
- Meet with and report to members of the executive team periodically.
- Manage teams of associates and analysts.
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
- 5+ years of Asset Management or transaction experience.
- Hospitality asset management or transactional experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
