    BSM Construction, Inc. is a leader in commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction, seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee projects and lead on-site operations.

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a proactive professional with organizational expertise and a passion for construction excellence. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, specific to tenant improvement and retail construction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects.
    • Proactively schedule subcontractors to maintain or exceed project timelines.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
    • Interpret and implement project plans and layouts accurately.
    • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as necessary.
    • Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
    • Identify and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Promote and represent BSM Construction, Inc.'s core values professionally.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements.
    • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.
    • Proven experience in managing subcontractors and project schedules.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage large or multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Physical ability to navigate construction sites.
    • Professional demeanor to interact effectively with clients and team members.
