- Overseeing operations.

- Collecting DVIRs and paperwork reconciliation.
- Answering phone calls from the School District and parents.
- Quality control via GPS and live camera tracking
- Route binder preparation.
- Assisting with state education compliance procedures.
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally.
- Being adaptable and versatile.
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol test.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in the school bus transportation industry preferred but not required if you meet all other qualifications.
- Having a CDL with (or without) a School Bus Endorsement preferred.

Job DescriptionMandatory hours are: M-F 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 2 hour break around 10AM to noon. Daily shift is SPLIT and totals 10 paid hours per day. Most weeks you will accumulate 10 hours of overtime. 6-8 weeks off per year. Paid weekly, benefits include paid sick time, paid vacation time, 401K matching.
