- Architect innovative security solutions from inception to execution
- Act as a technical leader throughout the design and implementation phases
- Establish Security Architecture Standards across On-Premise, Hybrid, and Cloud-Native Environments
- Address security events and incidents promptly, leveraging monitoring systems and logs for continuous 24/7 response on a rotational schedule
- Respond to security events and incidents reported by various parties inside and outside the organization
- Provide guidance to business units on best practices for Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Implement logging solutions across diverse multi-cloud environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy defensive security tools and incident response measures across varied multi-cloud environments
- Create playbooks for consistent handling of security events and incidents
- Mentor and support junior team members in incident response and security engineering practices
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing security solutions/tools and managing incident response
- Extensive knowledge in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Demonstrated success in leading initiatives to roll out security solutions and oversee systems including SIEM, endpoint security, WAF, and other security measures
- Ability to break down complex technical challenges into manageable tasks
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Proficient in understanding security tooling and incident response protocols

Title: Principal Security Engineer
Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
The focus of the Principal Security Engineer lies in developing, refining, and managing security engineering and incident detection and response capabilities. Working closely with stakeholders from technology and business units, this position plays a key role in realizing the organization's vision for strong architectures, implementing defensive technologies and infrastructure, and identifying and mitigating threats at scale.
